This guarantee covers the integrity of the laid tiles, their reliable adhesion to the base, the absence of cracks, chips, detachments, and other defects arising from poor installation work within the specified warranty period. What does our one-year tile installation guarantee include?

 * Guarantee on the integrity of the laid tiles: We guarantee that within two years from the completion of the work, no cracks or chips will appear on the laid tiles that are not related to mechanical damage caused by external impact (e.g., falling heavy objects).

 * Guarantee on the adhesion (bonding) of the tiles to the base: We guarantee a strong and reliable bond between the tiles and the prepared substrate. During the warranty period, we undertake to eliminate any cases of tile detachment that have arisen due to a violation of the installation technology or the use of low-quality adhesive compositions.

 * Guarantee on the quality of grout joints: We guarantee that the grout joints between the tiles will maintain their integrity, color, and water resistance during the warranty period, provided they are properly maintained. We undertake to eliminate any grout defects, such as crumbling, cracking, or the appearance of mold (not related to violation of operating conditions and lack of proper ventilation).

 * Guarantee on compliance with installation technology: Our specialists strictly adhere to all technological norms and rules during tile laying, which is the key to the durability and impeccable appearance of the covering. We guarantee that the work will be performed in accordance with current building standards and the recommendations of tile and related material manufacturers.

 * Free defect elimination: In the event of any defects covered by this warranty being discovered within the one-year period, we undertake to eliminate all identified deficiencies free of charge in the shortest possible time and with maximum convenience for you.

What is not covered by our guarantee?

It is important to note that our tile installation guarantee does not cover the following cases:
 * Mechanical damage: The warranty does not cover cracks, chips, or other damage to the tiles resulting from mechanical impact (e.g., falling heavy objects, impacts, etc.) after the completion of the work.

 * Natural wear and tear: Natural wear and tear of tiles and grout joints associated with intensive use of the premises is not a warranty case.

 * Damage caused by improper operation and care: Failure to comply with tile care recommendations and the use of aggressive cleaning agents can lead to damage to the surface and grout joints, which is not covered by the warranty.

 * Damage resulting from force majeure circumstances: Damage caused by natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.) are not warranty cases.

 * Discoloration of grout caused by the use of coloring substances: Spillage of coloring substances (e.g., spilled coffee, wine, etc.) on grout joints can lead to a change in their color, which is not a warranty case.

 * Minor deviations in tile shade and texture: Minor differences in tile shade and texture provided by the manufacturer and not affecting the functionality of the coating are not a warranty case.

 * Damage resulting from the actions of third parties: Damage to tiles or grout joints resulting from repair or construction work performed by other contractors after the completion of our project is not covered by our warranty.

How to claim under the guarantee?

In the event of discovering defects that you believe are covered by our warranty, you need to:

 * Contact us: Call us at 204 914 4096 or email us at Thomaslis@budowatile.com, describing the problem in detail and indicating the contract number or the date of completion of the work.

 * Provide photo or video materials: If possible, attach photos or videos of the discovered defects to your request so that our specialists can preliminarily assess the situation.

 * Provide access to the property: To carry out diagnostics and eliminate defects, you will need to provide our specialists with access to the property at an agreed time.

After receiving your request, our specialists will conduct a thorough inspection and determine whether the claimed defect is a warranty case. If the warranty is confirmed, we will immediately proceed to eliminate all identified deficiencies at our own expense and in the shortest possible time.
